My goal as your coach is to help you be happy right now. In whatever circumstance you’re in. If you decide to make a change in your life, I want it to come from a positive place- not from fear or avoidance, and definitely not in the hope that it will make you happy. Learn to accept yourself now. To love yourself with all your strengths and flaws. To embrace the beautiful and the ugly. In my own life, I can recognize now that the parts of myself I love the least still serve a purpose- like a bossy big sister they helped me get to where I am now, and I wouldn’t change a bit. Make a list of your most negative qualities, and then ask yourself how they’ve been useful in your life? I bet they’ve helped you more than once. Choose to accept yourself right now as is. You are an amazing human, and I’m proud of you!
